Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (non-defective items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Alveline will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned in resalable condition.
